The Kwara Police Command has rescued the kidnapped twins and three domestic employees of Oba Samuel Adelodun, the Owalobo of Obbo Ayegunle, in the Ekiti local government area of ​​the state.

The police public relations officer, SP Okasanmi Ajayi, revealed this on Sunday in Ilorin.

He said the kidnappers, under intense pressure from the Commando Tactical Teams forces and the local vigilante group and hunters, had no choice but to abandon their victims and escape into the bush.

He added that the victims were rescued unharmed, medically examined, found healthy and handed over to their families.

According to him, efforts to arrest fleeing kidnappers are still intensifying.
