Desperate Politicians No Longer Obey The Orders Of Their Judicial zones. – GCFRNG

It has become law at the opening of every election period to see how much of the court rules contradict each other from the courts of the administrative department.

Instead of appealing, aspiring politicians left their areas of the judiciary to go to a great lengths to get the first court order to violate the rules of the courts of the same rank.

Almost all registered political parties condemned this heinous crime. Recently, we have seen it in the opposition – the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP (one nation), and the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA (in Anambra state).

In the case of the PDP, a high court in Rivers state has ruled that Uche Secondus will not be making the chairmanship of the party on August 24, 2021.

Three days later, Secondus obtained a warrant from the Kebbi state high court to restore him to that position. Just a day later, another Supreme Court in Calabar, Cross River State, again blocked Secondus. The same thing happened after the election of the political party in Anambra state.

This shows that after 23 years of our return to democracy, the political parties and politicians have not changed much towards a democracy that respects their policies and procedures. do them for resolving conflict. Disappointment is the rule of the day.

From this attitude, it is clear that our politicians are less prepared to compromise on the principles and principles that ultimately lead to good governance. If the rules and requirements for voluntary admission mean nothing to them, should they turn to a better book when they get to the office of their dreams?

Our concern is that this unprecedented congress making the work of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, more difficult and costly for the taxpayer than it should be because INEC will obey the rules of all courts.

It also exposes our courts for ridicule. Lawyers, desperate for money, are looking for corrupt judges in all parts of the federal government to convince. As a result, the plaintiff was deprived of his status as a court of appeals.

As we do these things, let us be reminded that the world is watching. The ability of the courts to administer justice without fear or favor is the key determining the choice made by entrepreneurs to consider any country. We destroy our community because of greed.
