During a collision between a bus and a car in Clatterbury Lane, Clavering, Essex, at approximately 8:15 am, the roof of the bus was torn off. Emergency services, including an air ambulance and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene. Essex County Fire and Rescue Service reported that both vehicles had collided, and the bus had sustained significant roof damage due to contact with a tree branch. Fortunately, no individuals were trapped in either vehicle. Three children were evaluated at the scene, with two of them subsequently transported to Addenbrookes hospital. Their injuries are believed to be minor. By 9 am, firefighters, in collaboration with other responders, had ensured the scene was secure.
