Ashok Leyland Delivers 21,535 Units In March — Autoreporter



For the Month of March, 2019, Ashok Leyland domestic exports from India stood at 21,535 units, down four per cent, when compared to 22,453 units in the same month last year.

During the month under review, sales of medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) saw a of decline 7 per cent at 15,235 units in domestic sales while the light commercial vehicle (LCV) sales witness a marginal growth of 1 per cent at 5,286 units.

However, in the financial year 2018-2019, the Indian truck major saw 13 per cent growth at 197,366 units as against 174,873 units in the previous fiscal.

Company’s domestic sales performance in the last fiscal also jumped by 17 per cent at 185, 065 units compared to 158,612 units in FY’17-18.Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new
